私のパソの師匠である可愛いねこちゃんたちのパパがこよなく愛する関次商店 パンの蔵 風土を目指して藤沢本町に上陸。
午後だったこともあり
パソの残りが気になって真っ直ぐ店に向かおうとした矢先
駅前に佇んでいる當店に目が止まった。
一度通り過ぎたのだが戻って入店。
惣菜パンや甘めのパンが中心でおからケーキなるものもあったが
シンプルに徹するので
レジ前にあった“フランスパン”小を購入
バゲットではなくフランスパンなのがシンプルでいい。
全体的に他のパンも華やかというよりシンプルな面持ち。
持った感じはやはり軽めだ。
翌昼食す。
なんとなく、挟んだ方がいいという天からのお達しがあったので
ツナと春菊のオムレシをタマゴ1個でぎゅにゅ多めで作ってイン
シンプルで生地自体が主張しすぎないニュートラルな味わいなので想像通りオムレシと合う。
高級感あったり
小麦の香りと味が主張するゴージャスなバゲットとは別のベクトルで
日常使いに適したパンだ。
街のパン屋さんってこう言うのがいいのよね！
と、思えるパン屋さんだった。
