藤沢駅南口、ファミリー通りのファミマを曲がった先にあるビアバー。
ランチはハンバーガーが人気ですが、この日は秋の新作パスタをいただきました。
●パスタランチ① 1,800円
合鴨挽肉といろいろきのこのマッシュルームソース
（有機野菜たっぷりのモキチサラダ・自家製フォカッチャ・デザート・ドリンク付き）
まずはサラダ。
たっぷりの生野菜のほかに、揚げたり茹でたり焼いたりした温野菜も入っていてとても美味しいサラダでした。
フォカッチャはハーブの香りがして、味はあっさりめ。
ふわもち食感で優しいフォカッチャです。
フォカッチャがベタベタしていないので、別添えのオリーブオイルを付けても合う。
そしてメインのパスタは、合鴨挽肉といろいろきのこのマッシュルームソース。
上にのった揚げ舞茸、香ばしくてカリッとしています。
クリームソースは、少しクセのある合鴨挽肉が濃厚さを引き立ててめちゃくちゃ美味しい！
太麺パスタとも最高にマッチしていました。
デザートはパウンドケーキとパンナコッタ。
ビールを使ったパウンドケーキで、仕上げにコーヒーパウダーをかけてくれます。
パンナコッタは濃厚なミルク風味を感じるパンナコッタに爽やかなマンゴーソースを合わせて。
コーヒーは27Coffee Roastersのもので、最後まで美味しくて幸せなランチでした。
熊澤酒造の直営店なのでクラフトビールも充実していますが、お食事利用だけでもおすすめです！
