土曜日の12:30頃に伺いました。
店内にはすぐに入って買い物できます。
2020年2022年と食べログのパン百名店に選ばれたお店です。
写真は禁止されておりました。
外観は、通りに面してグリーンが配置され、赤い文字で書かれた店名と入り口前の赤い看板がアクセントになっています。
平日休日を問わず行列ができていることも多く、10時からのオープンで昼過ぎには売り切れ、と言う日も。
基本的に卵と牛乳は摂らないので
小麦の味を感じたくバタールを購入
小麦粉、水、塩、イーストのみで作られるパンで小麦粉の味をしっかり感じることができるからです。
自分でバゲットを作るなら知り合いの気持ちをこめて小麦を作っている農家さんから直接
小麦を買って
自分で使用する分だけ製粉して
北海道の黒松内の水と高知の完全天日塩か能登の揚げ浜式塩田製塩法の塩に合わせてこだわりの酵母と小麦粉を替えて作ってみたい
バタールとバゲットの違いはバタールはバゲットよりも太く、短く、中身がやわらかい傾向があります。
