開運スポット巡りで鎌倉に行く途中に寄ってみました。
JR藤沢駅から少し歩いたところにある小さなパン屋さんで、でも店頭に並ぶパンはどれも美味しいそなものばかり。
あれこれ迷って、ハムとチーズのバゲットとクロワッサンを買ってみました。
食べ物のバランスというと味の組み立てが真っ先に思いつくのですが、クロワッサンは香りと味のバランス、ほとんど崩れないクロワッサンながら軽くてバターの香りが素晴らしいく、一口食べて「これ美味しい」と感激してしまうほど。
バゲッドサンドは食感と食べやすさのバランスがちょうどいい硬さ、そこにカマンベールのとろりとした食感と、カマンベールのちょっとした苦味を引き出すハムの味わい、これもめちゃ美味しいです！
家のそばにほしいパン屋さんでした！
