夏のとある夜、家族で訪問。
前回が変化球だったので、今回はストレートに極！煮干し しょうゆをいただきました。
澄んだスープ、食感豊かなメンマ、鶏・豚のチャーシュー、食べていて落ち着く安心安定の味。次は塩にチャレンジかな。
