蕎麦、海鮮、イタリアンのローテーションばかりだったので久々にラーメンはどう？ という話になり、こちらのお店に二人でお邪魔しました。
客のカウンター席の前はガラス戸になっており、厨房から出る香りや音は遮断される。 というより、逆で客からの菌が厨房に入らないようにするということかな。
コロナ対策なのか、何とも珍しい作り。

スープは結構な塩辛さ。
また、煮干しの風味が弱かったみたい。
どちらも細麺なので、太麺に比べてスープに対する接地面積が多く、余計にスープが絡んでくるので更に塩辛い。。。
▪️ところで、店内には以下の注意書きが券売機やカウンターのそこら中に貼ってあります。
一人一杯のラーメンを注文すること、
大声で会話しない、
口笛を吹かない、
歌を歌わない、
店内を歩き回らない、
酔っ払いお断り
▲ 当たり前の事ばかりなんだけど、この貼り紙自体が店の品格を下げてしまってるというか、こうゆうのを目にしながら食事はしたくないですかね。。。
