小生、ラーメンの魚介系がかなり好きな部類につき、突然思い出したかのように、久々（数年振り?）にこちらに訪問。
店内は（他のレビュアー様の写真の通りですが）カウンター席しかなく、座席にはちょっとした荷物置きやティッシュあったのは嬉しかった（紙エプロンや髪止めの確認は忘れてしまいました）
店員さんもうるさくなく、挨拶や誘導、商品の受け渡しもスムーズ且つ端的にやってくれて、ラーメン屋特有の声や動作が大きい等のオラオラした感じも無し。
そんな中、私が食券機のボタンを押したのは「極 煮干し醤油（930円）」と「チャーシュー丼（350円）」
スープは煮干しの強烈なパンチというより、煮干し風味が程よく効いた醤油スープと細ストレートの麺との相性や（人によっては好き嫌いがありそうですが）焦がし玉ねぎやほうれん草の組み合わせは私は好きで、ホロホロ過ぎず硬すぎもしないチャーシューもGood。また、追加投入できる柚子胡椒が相性抜群で、たまらんです。
以前に来た時より、このご時世がらから、営業時間（夜の終了時間）が短くなったり、値上がりしたような気もしますが、雰囲気も味も酔っ払った後に〆で食べるようなジャンキーさや男臭さはなく、美味しい一杯だったので、シラフで近くを通りかかった際は、フラっと再訪したいと感じました。
