悩みましたが、初めてなのでオーソドックスな城門ラーメンを。メニューにある(ナイショ)はたまごかな？わかりやす過ぎて違うかも。白色の強い具感のある溶き卵が入っていました。
たまに粗微塵な生姜が食感と味のアクセントがあって美味しかったです。
例えが良くないかもですが、ワンタンスープにトロミ&生姜感強めのスープ味でした。
気づかなかったのですが、壁掛けにお酢が置いてあり確かに合う味。次は試したい。
他のお客様はピリ辛や激辛、麻婆などを頼んでおり、なるほど、お酢しかり、ベースで充分美味しいのですが、もう1アクセント欲しい食べ終わり感でした。
