週末の10:50ころ、開店10分前に2人でお店に到着しました。藤沢駅から歩いてすぐ、広い歩きやすいとおりから階段で2階に上がったところが入り口。開店5分前に入店させてもらい、熱いお茶を頂きました。すべて海鮮丼・定食のメニューで、その中から、ふじやす丼1210円・ご飯大盛り無料×２を注文。4分ほどで提供されました。海鮮丼と卵黄と味噌汁。海鮮丼はたぶんマグロのづけとサーモンが中心、その上にシラスが散らしてあって、大葉とガリとワサビが付いています。どんぶりの中心に卵黄を落とし、少しだけかき混ぜて食べると、まろやかで濃厚で美味しい。味噌汁はイマイチ、たぶん海鮮丼に注力しているのでしょう。大盛りにしたのですが、普通盛りの感じ。ヘルシーなランチでした。
