気になっていた中華屋さん。
お盆休みのお昼に旦那さまと伺いました。
中華なのに女性シェフの店と何故か思い込んでいた私でしたが、男性シェフに2人のフォローも男性というお店でした。。
オーダーは
2人ともランチ1500円。看板メニュー？の麻婆豆腐の他に一品をチョイス、あとはスープにライス、ミニサラダと香物にデザート。
チョイスしたのは酢豚とエビチリと基本メニューを選びました。
旦那さまは全体的に満足し車の為、ビールの代わりにご飯をお代わり。
私は全体的に悪くはないのですが、、、少しずつ残念というか。。
エビチリは丁寧に作られたお味ですが、何か塩っぱい。。。あとエビの背ワタが取れてなくモサモサしました。
酢豚は一番気に入りました、お肉もカラっと柔らかくいい感じです、難を言えば少し甘い。
麻婆豆腐は餡は美味しいのですが油っぽいです。食べ終わったお皿に油がギットリ残る感じです。あと木綿豆腐のためか麻婆豆腐独特のプルプル感に欠けます。
デザートはミニ杏仁豆腐でしたが、こういったランチの杏仁豆腐はきっとミルク寒天なんだろうと期待していませんでしたが、杏仁の風味がちゃんとあり良かったです。
口コミ評価も高いですし、全体的にちゃんと作られたお料理だと思います。
旦那さまも気に入っていたので、次回は夜に伺いたいです。
一品メニューとお酒を頂きながらだとまた印象も変わりそうです。
