ランチで訪問。
場所は小田急線の藤沢駅南口を出て、
南藤沢の交差点へ向かう途中の大通りを
歩いていく途中にあります。
オフィスビルっぽい場所の地下1階。
食べたのは、
麻婆豆腐セット 1,500円
実際の麻婆豆腐だけど、
しっかりホワジャオが効いてる本格派。
辛さよりそっちの方が目立つ。
味的には中華街にある四川料理専門店で
出てくるような麻婆豆腐で、
ひき肉も肉感がたっぷりで食べ応えある。
つまり、、、これ単体で完成されてる味。
中華街の名店「景徳鎮」とかそっち系で、
それよりはちょっと辛さが弱めの感じ。
まぁでも味は似てると思う。
なので、ご飯との相性は？だった。
なんか塩辛さがご飯と絶望的に合わない...
なんでだろ？？？取り敢えずなんか違う感じ。
「ドラゴンボール」と「ハリウッド実写化」ぐらい、
合わない。。。コレじゃ無い感がある（笑）
って事でこのお店は、本場感というか、
THE・四川料理ってのが好きな人にはいいのかも。
