きょうは食べログメンバーのオフ会である「悪い大人の会」に出席の為に、藤沢に在る『星都』さんへ伺いました。
一応会長の引退式ということなのですが、ただただ昼間から酒が飲みたいが為に集まった感じが強いです(笑)
お店は地下一階、店内に入ると奥の個室に案内していただきました。ここなら常に騒がしいメンバーでも大丈夫です。
退任される会長の御挨拶があり、ビールでカンパ～イ！
（いよいよ始まってしまいました。記憶が飛ぶ“悪い大人の会”の宴会が・・・）
今回の御料理は次の通りです。
☆バンバンジーサラダ☆
水菜とレタスの上に蒸鶏にドレッシングがかかっていました。そのドレッシングがエスニック風味満載で結構辛い。いや～お酒のすすむこと。
☆麻辣砂鍋☆
配膳された時に、花粉で弱った目と鼻に容赦なく刺すような痛みが走る。
見ると有頭海老が二尾、豚肉や野菜・豆腐などが入ったお鍋、そして大きな唐辛子が浮かぶ・・・
辛い物好きで、このお店をセッティングしてくれたハロハロさんが「これ選手用です」って。少し貰って食べてみましたが、なるほど選手用に間違いない(笑) 辛いというか痛い！
☆豚肉とうるいの塩漬け唐辛子炒め☆
“うるい”って？何？ 私の嫌いなネギみたいなんですけど・・・
すると隣の“花ちゃんＤＯＮ！”さんからネギとは違う野菜だとの説明をいただき安心して美味しく頂きました。
☆白身魚の唐揚げ油淋ソース☆
鱸みたいな白身の魚の唐揚げにパクチーと葱が乗り油淋ソースなるソースがかかったものでした。
この淡白で結構美味しい白身の魚はナイルパーチという魚だそうですが、あまり聞きなれない魚なので翌日調べてみると、アフリカで捕れる鱸の仲間の魚だそうです。
知り合いの魚屋さんは鱸の代用として結構な量が流通していると言っていました。
（もうこの辺りになると記憶が曖昧になってきています。）
☆点心２種（焼売・春巻き）☆
これは辛さを気にせず美味しく頂けました。(笑)
☆エビチリ☆
辛さを覚悟していただきましたが、お店の方の御配慮でしょうか？辛さも控えめの美味しいエビチリです。辛い物好きには物足りないのでしょうか？
☆麻婆豆腐と四川麻婆豆腐☆
二種類の麻婆豆腐を提供していただけました。
普通の辛さである「麻婆豆腐」と辛い「四川麻婆豆腐」です。見るからに辛そうな「四川麻婆豆腐」なのですが、これは辛いのが苦手な私でもなんとか食べれる辛さでした。
☆杏仁豆腐☆
中華料理ならお約束のデザート。
こちらのお店はシェフもスタッフの方も、色々と気を使っていただき接客はなかなかいいお店と感じました。再訪ありですね。
