先ほどの鉄板餃子が残り数個残っていたのを店員さんが見かねて「温め直しますね〜」とさりげないやさしさで一旦下げて…

キャベツの甘みと豚骨ベースのスープで鉄板餃子が水餃子に蘇り進化したーーーーー！
このサービスには本当に感動でした！
この時、もつ鍋も頼みたいけど食べきれないかも〜〜と思っていたので察して提供してくださるホスピタリティは感動でした。

お店のメニューがこんな風に新聞のようなスタイルになっていること！
きっと、お客様ごとにメニューも新しいものにされているのかな？
清潔感があって好印象です。(時々、油でギトギトなメニューのお店があるけれど)
