[Fujisawa Station North Exit, Saikaya 8F] A convenient Italian Cuisine!!
Close to the station! You won't get wet (almost) in the rain! Easy to meet up! And it's delicious! That's Trattoria Botte! A variety of casual Italian Cuisine dishes created by a chef who trained at a |
After going to the office of a judicial scrivener in Fujisawa in the morning, I had lunch. I thought I'd go to the Saikaya Restaurants district, which is full of Showa-era vibes, again. So I visited Trattoria Botte. The atmosphere inside the restaurant, with its pastel-colored tables and chairs, gives off a sense of the passage of time. Not only the atmosphere, but the food is also Showa-era and familiar, so it feels like a place you can easily use on a daily basis. Perhaps because of this, the customers were on the older side (^^; Incidentally, I was also impressed by how polite the lady serving us was. This time I ordered the Lunch B Set for 1,500 yen. It included a dish, salad, soft drink and dessert (you could choose from three types on the day we visited). For alcohol, I had a glass of cask-brewed sparkling wine, which is only available at lunchtime, for 400 yen. First up was the salad. It was more filling than I expected. The dressing was onion-flavored, with a crisp acidity. Next was the dish. From the multiple options including pasta and pizza, I chose chicken doria. Tabasco was served with it, but I wanted to enjoy the creaminess so I left it as is. Both the visual and the contents reminded me of a nostalgic Showa era. The cream, rice and chicken are all mixed together to create a nostalgic feel. The last dessert was yuzu sorbet. The simple sorbet reminded me of a Western Western Cuisine from the Showa period. The citrus flavor of the yuzu was gentle and refreshing. Thank you for the meal (^^)
