[Fujisawa Station North Exit, Saikaya 8F] A convenient Italian Cuisine!!
Close to the station! You won't get wet (almost) in the rain! Easy to meet up! And it's delicious! That's Trattoria Botte! A variety of casual Italian Cuisine dishes created by a chef who trained at a |
Perhaps because Saikaya was undergoing renovations and there were few customers, this was the most deserted restaurant on this floor. I was feeling a bit tired too, so I chose a restaurant with no people around. The interior was bleak and the lighting was dim, so I wasn't expecting much, but when I tried the salad that came out for lunch, I thought, "Huh?" It was a proper salad of fresh vegetables and it was delicious. Some less-than-enthusiastic restaurants use bleached, flavorless, pre-cut vegetables, but this restaurant's vegetables had a strong flavor, so I was pleasantly disappointed. After that, I had a whitebait and cabbage pasta, which was delicious! The whitebait was large and fat, like the ones sold at Hamano Suisan. The cabbage was also sweet and delicious. It was boiled just al dente. I also had a tomato pasta, and the tomatoes had a nice tart flavor. I was surprised at how tasty it was. It was a stark contrast to the bleakness of the restaurant. If they changed the interior and lighting to something more modern and stylish, I'm sure they'd attract more customers?
