[Fujisawa Station North Exit, Saikaya 8F] A convenient Italian Cuisine!!
Close to the station! You won't get wet (almost) in the rain! Easy to meet up! And it's delicious! That's Trattoria Botte! A variety of casual Italian Cuisine dishes created by a chef who trained at a |
This is Italian Cuisine on the 8th floor of Saikaya near Fujisawa Station. I usually only go there at night, and we are usually the only customers. I've been going there once a month for the past few months. While the restaurants on the same floor have closed here and there, this restaurant is quietly open. To be honest, my first impression was, "Are we going to Saizeriya?" But it was completely different. The food is not at all skimpy and you can't compare it to Saizeriya. The menu is either a 2,200 yen course or a 3,000 yen course. The difference is whether there is meat or fish dishes. There is also a la carte, but I'll go with the course for now. Each appetizer is well-balanced, with carefully seasoned omelets and ratatouille, and the balsamic sauce is delicious. I always share pizza and pasta, and none of the pizzas or pastas are bad. The food is boiled just right, and there is no strange seasoning or excessive atmosphere. The oil-based dishes are delicious. On this day, I had sauteed red sea bream. The bread was crispy and professionally baked. The dessert was a platter of homemade puddings and cakes. The sorbet was also delicious and we finished it in no time. It was the pinnacle of simply delicious. It was a casual but well-organized restaurant. The interior was stylish and the service was good. There are many stores with flashy advertising, but this is not it, Saikaya Building Cafeterias gai!
