神奈川県茅ヶ崎市に本店があるヌードルワークスさん。神奈川県にありながら、"大分中津（大分県中津市）ラーメン"を提供する珍しいお店です。
茅ヶ崎店で頂いた『泡らぅめん（890円）』のスープの美味しさが忘れられず、藤沢店でも同じメニューをオーダー。
相変わらずクリーミーな見た目のスープ。開店と同時に訪れたためかスープは意外とすっきりしており、危うく飲み干すところでしたねw
ジュレの載った『豚めし（300円）』も美味。
調理、接客、掃除のすべてに手が行き届いている印象を受ける素晴らしいお店でした♪
