・金曜の13:50頃に訪問。列びはなし。
・食券制→券売機が屋外にあり、食券を購入後に入店するシステム。私は替玉をしなかったのですが、他のお客さんは替玉の食券を入店前に購入されていました。現金で直接注文できるのかは不明です。
・着席後、店員さんに食券をお渡しするときに麺の固さを聞かれます。
・コート等を掛けるハンガーラックあり。
・私が着席後、すぐに外待ちの列ができていました。
・5分くらいで着丼。
泡立ったスープをひと口飲むとクリーミーで美味しい！麺は細麺。具材はチャーシュー、味玉、辛子高菜、チンゲン菜、メンマ、海苔。
辛子高菜をスープに溶かし味の変化も楽しめる。紅しょうがやゴマなど自由にトッピングできるのもありがたい。
大分ラーメンは多分初めて食べましたが本当に美味しかったです！また再訪いたします。
