藤沢でよく行く中華は、大新、清香園辺りですが、出来立てホヤホヤの聞き慣れない店【渓源 ケイゲン】に何度か通った感想です。
思ったこと。◆意外と店内広い◆メニューの数が多い◆店員さん全員本場の方◆お酒のメニューも多い◆居酒屋としても使える(ただし喫煙はお店の外)◆量が多くてコスパがいい◆美味しいのと普通のがある◆テイクアウトメニュー使える
食べたものの中で美味しかった順番
❶ネギチャーシュー(辛めのネギどっさりに八角が効いた本格的焼豚おつまみに最高！)❷レバニラ炒め(量が多い！レバーも臭み全くなく美味しい)❸ニラ入り餃子(とにかくニラどっさり)❹キクラゲと肉炒め(キクラゲの量！！美容食)❺春巻き❻小籠包
普通だったもの
麻婆豆腐、海老チリ(味は美味しい、餡が個人的に好みではない)
レバニラ炒めなんて700円しないで大人２人分あるので夕ご飯作る時間がない時なんてテイクアウトしてもいいかなぁ
お酒もハイボールからサワー、ビール色々ありますよ。
居酒屋風に使ってもいいし、ファミレス風にも使えるし、お一人様でも居心地悪さは全くないし、使い勝手いいと思います。店員さんも皆感じいいし。
