【2022年10月04日】夜
前は労働会館と言っていた場所にできたＦプレイスという施設へ行き、用事が終わった夕方に近くにどこか休憩できる場所を探した。
すると、その建物の最上階〔６階〕がレストランになっているという。
こういう公共施設のようなところにあるレストランは営業時間が短いのが常なので、営業が終わってしまっていることを覚悟して行ってみた。開いていた。
ＣＡＦＥという名前なので、コーヒーでも飲んで一休みしようと思った。
風の強い日だったが、換気のためかテラス席へ通じるドアは開けっぱなしだった。その強い風の中、テラス席に座る猛者の若者たちもいた。
ランチタイムとディナータイムとの境だったためか、お客は少ない。
注文したのはカプチーノ。ホットで。
これ一杯を飲んで落ち着いたら帰ろうと思っていた。意外にと言ったらお店に失礼なのだろうが、美味い。
こういう公共施設みたいな建物に入っている飲食店は、お値段ソコソコ味もソコソコという先入観があった。
メニューを見て高いと感じたドリンクが、飲んでみたら妥当な価格に感じた。
カプチーノで一息ついて、さあ帰ろうかと思ったが、何か食べてみたくなった。
本格イタリアンも食べられそうだが、そこまで食べるつもりもない。コースではなくパスタ単品で頼むことにした。
「本日のパスタ」なるものは今日は何なのかを尋ねたら、いろんなキノコの入ったスパゲッティだそうだ。それを注文する。
おそらくは注文を受けてからすべての準備に取り掛かるのだろう。品物が出てくるまで待ちどおしかった。
とても美味しい。この味でこの値段は安い。
これだけのシチュエーションで、これだけの味がこの価格。
これは落ち着きたい時のための隠れ家ではないか。
気がついたらどっぷりと日が暮れていた。帰ろうとしたらお冷やが補充されたので、また座り直して水を飲みながら腰をすえてしまった。
支払いは「かながわＰａｙ」を利用した。スマホで決済できるのなら、もう少し何か食べてみても良かった。
