ランチで訪問
場所は藤沢駅を南口側に出て、
OPAの裏手にある飲食店が並んでる通りから
ちょっと住宅街に差し掛かったあたり。
食べたのは、
2種ソースのオムライス 980円
ハンバーグトッピング 200円
そしてこのお店のオムライスは、
ソースを以下9種類から選択できるみたい。
①デミグラス
②特製トマトソース
③チリトマトソース
④牛すじカレーソース
⑤グリーンカレーソース
⑥明太クリームソース
⑦たっぷりキノコのクリームソース
⑧たっぷりキノコの和風ソース
⑨贅沢ビーフシチューソース（＋250円）
で、店員さんに聞いて人気があるという
④と⑥を選択してみた
まずサラダ。
シーザーサラダ系のドレ。
パプリカと人参が入ってるのが珍しいかな。
スープはシンプルなコンソメスープ。普通かな。
次にメインのオムライス。
まず見た目だけど、
スパイスカレーみたいな盛り付け！！
さらに真ん中にあるオムライスが、
タンポポオムライスの系譜で半熟でトロトロ。
間違いないやつ。
そしてカレーソース（④）はしっかりカレー。
濃くて、牛すじもしっかり感じられて美味しい。
カレー単体でも完全に旨いやつだった。
明太クリームソース（⑥）も、
明太子に存在感があってコレも旨い！！
他にもこんなに美味しいソースが選べる
ってなると通う楽しみがある感じ。
そしてなんといっても、
ソースをメインで食べさせるオムライスっていう
コンセプトはかなり可能性感じる！！
オペレーションもベースは一緒だから、
ちゃんとマニュアル化出来そうだし、
ソースはセントラルキッチンから
各店舗に送り出していく方針であれば
味にブレも出ずに安定した味を提供出来そうだし
そしてこれを1,000円以下で提供できたら、
チェーン展開しても流行りそう！！！
誰かやらないかなぁ。。。

あと、追加でトッピングした
ミニハンバーグもジューシーで、
デミグラスとのバランスも良くて凄く美味しい！
コレは全般的にレベルが高いお店だった。
しっかり美味しい洋食ランチが食べれた。
肉バル形式の居酒屋って、
調理技術が微妙なところもあるけど、
ここは間違いなく美味しいお店。
濃い味の洋食が好きな人にはオススメ！！
