初めてのコース注文。
わさび盛り沢山のコースでしたが、全ての料理が美味しかった！

付いてくるわさびもフワフワで辛さはなく、風味がすごい。
わさび丼に、もっといっぱい載せて食べれば良かったと後悔。

お蕎麦は、細めでシンプルな蕎麦。
割合までは分かりませんが、喉越しも良く付けつゆも美味しく、食べ終わる頃にタイミング良く出てくる蕎麦湯もトロトロでしっかりした蕎麦湯で美味しい。
