二人でランチにお邪魔しました。
階段を降りて地下一階にお店があります。
コワモテの店主ですが、とても優しく丁寧な方。
● 蕎麦、巴せいろ蕎麦
繊細な香りと味わいがイイ。
◉ 胡桃つけ汁
これは本当に絶品！ 胡桃の濃厚な風味。
トロリとした優しく深い味が堪らないです。
食後は蕎麦湯を少しだけ入れて全て飲み干せる。
◉ 山葵どんぶり
山葵一本分を、蕎麦を待っている間に丸ごと擦りおろします。 これは渡されたサメの皮のおろしでお客自身で擦りおろすスタイルなので、結構な労力となります。 丼にはかつお節、海苔、刻んだ山葵の茎が乗っており、ここに小量の醤油でといた擦りおろし山葵を乗せてできあがり。
鼻をガツンとぶん殴られる感覚と、同時に押し寄せる山葵の鮮烈な香りにかつお節と海苔の風味が加わり、ひと口頬張れば、脳の隅々の細胞まで叩き起こされ、涙なしには食べられない、というか、大号泣しながらの食事となります。 息づかいを少しでも間違えると呼吸困難に陥るのでホントに注意！
これを追いかけるように胡桃ダレの蕎麦をかき込めば、至福の時間が訪れます。 とてつもない美味！
