ビルの地下1階に位置していて、あまり通らないところなので何となくスルーしていたお店です。
お蕎麦を食べようということになり、ランチで行ってみました。
開店すぐだったため一番乗り。
初めてのお店で他のお客さんがいないのはソワソワするものです笑
とりあえず上天せいろ（1650円税抜き）を注文。
そうこうしているうちにすぐに他の方がいらして結構な賑わいになりホッ！
天ぷらはお塩と天つゆが用意されており、天ぷらだけでも十分美味しくいただけます。
お蕎麦と一緒に蕎麦つゆにつけてももちろん良し。
大海老が大きくてとにかくびっくり！完全に火を通しすぎていないので身が柔らかくて
プリプリ。
野菜は茄子・かぼちゃ・大葉・舞茸。
ご主人が長野出身なのでしょうか？
長野県産そば粉を使用した信州そばに蕎麦つゆには老舗蔵元・丸正醸造と開発した専用の
そば醤油が使用されているそうです。
そのほかもメニューを見ると、信州の美味しそうなものが沢山あるお店です。
