久しぶりに美味しい蕎麦が食べたくなり、行った事がないお店に行ってみようと。
初訪問です。
長野県の蕎麦が好きで、毎年長野県まで蕎麦を食べに行くほどなので「信州そば」となると、期待が膨らみます。
お昼に予約無しで行ったら、完全にナメてました。
3人で奇跡的にカウンターに入れましたが、他はずっと予約で満席。
お昼からです。
凄いお店です！
メニューを見ると、「信州そば粉 石臼挽き二八そば」とあります。
お蕎麦の種類も信州を感じます。
・信州つけ月見とろろせいろそば×2
・三つ巴せいろそば（胡桃だれ、鬼おろし、信州とろろ）
・天ぷら盛り合わせ
・瓶ビール×2
感動しました。
本当に美味しい信州そばです。
こんなに美味しい信州そばが藤沢で頂けるなんて、本当にありがたい事です。
他にも「おやき」や、ウイスキーの「信州」など、大好きなものばかり！
直ぐにリピート確実です！
夜も行ってみたいです。
