用事を済ましてテラスモールへお買い物。
その前にランチと思っても１１時前に開いているお店はあまりない。
2021年7月にテラスモール湘南の湘南ヴィレッジにオープンしたイタリアンのお店。
平日はこのお店も１１時オープンなのだが、土日祝は１０時からオープンしているのは嬉しい。
店内は広く、１Fと2Fがある。
もっと庶民的なカジュアルなお店を想像していたら、意外と本格的。
最初にオリーブオイルの説明から入り、それぞれのオリーブオイルに合うお料理の
メニューを渡された。
オリーブオイルにこだわりなどない私には少し恐縮でございます。
デザートは他のお店で食べる事にして、パスタとドリンクのみにする。
【ノンアルコール・季節のフルーツカクテル 680円】
最近はノンアルコールがコロナ以降人気があるとテレビでやっていた。
お酒が飲めるようになった今でも売れているらしい。
カラパナで飲んだノンアルカクテルが美味しかったので
このお店でも挑戦してみる。
季節のフルーツは洋梨のノンアルカクテル。
ミキサーで作ったのかザラザラとした食感と甘み酸味があり
ちょっと大人のジュース。

見た目に高級感がある。
お皿も白いお皿に「EATALY」と小さく書いてあるのもおしゃれ。
大きなバジルが上に乗っている。
パスタはやや太麺。
トマトの味がしっかりと味付けされており、少し強めのアルデンテ。
少し柔らかめが好きな私にはパスタの硬さは気になったが
味はめちゃ美味しい。
私一人だったが、１１時ぐらいになり親子連れもやって来た。
少し物足りなさがあったが、この後どこかで甘い物を食べる予定なので
腹八分目でちょうどいい。
お会計はPayPayで支払い。
お店を出ると最近オープンしたばかりの「乃が美」が行列になっていた。
