「まさるや」に行こうと藤沢駅南口にある
六光会館（藤沢駅より徒歩２分）２Fに行くと
「まさるや」が３店舗並んでいる。
奥から「もつ焼き まさるや」「台湾系町中華酒場 マサルヤ飯店」「ホルモン酒場 まさるや」
がある。
本当は「もつ焼き まさるや」に行こうかと思ったが、ラーメンに惹かれて
『台湾系町中華酒場 マサルヤ飯店』へ行く事に決めた。
まさるや飯店は2021年7月オープン。
３店舗の中でも１番入りやすいお店。
先客１組、店員２人。
カウンターもあったが、先客から離れた席のテーブル席へ座った。
感じのいい店員さんだったが、外にあるメニューがない。
店員さんに聞くとラーメンのメニューを出してくれた。
メニューが多いのでしょうがないのかもしれないが、
メニューはそれぞれの席に置いて欲しい。
【桃カルピスサワー 500円】
おすすめドリンクがALL500円で梅酒や杏露酒、サワー系が
あり迷ったけれど、珍しい「桃カルピスサワー」をチョイス。
量もそれなりにあり、何より桃の味と香りがよく甘くさっぱりして美味しい。
【鶏白湯ラーメン 塩 800円】
【味玉トッピング 100円】
塩と醤油があり塩をチョイス。
味玉は注文後トッピングに気付き途中で追加してもらった。
鶏白湯がなければ、しじみラーメンを頼んでいた。
黄色い色したスープは時間をおくと薄い膜を張る。
これをラムスデン現象と言うそうなのだが、タンパク質や脂肪やコラーゲンを
表面近くの水分が蒸発して熱変性する現象らしい。
濃厚と書いてあるが、何かに似ていると思ったら「天下一品」のコッテリより
あっさりしているので、「よってこや」の鶏ガラとんこつラーメンに近い。
かなり好きな味。
チャーシュー、メンマなどは普通に美味しい。
後で写真を見て気づいてしまったのだけれど海苔に赤い粉がかかっている。
これはなんだったのか不明。
味玉は私の好みはもう少し半熟の方が好き。
味は普通に美味しい。
麺は中太ストレート、何かに似ていると思い出したのが「古久家」のたまご麺に似ている。
平で少し弾力があるのにもちもち感のある麺。
スープも麺も好きな味のいいとこ取りでめちゃ好きなラーメン。
と言っても有名店で出るようなではなく、町中にあるラーメンの味。
サワー系が500円で安く、ラーメンも「鶏ガラ中華」や「背脂ラーメン」
など食べてみたいラーメンがあるのでまた来よう。
