It was a very cold day with snow on the ground. Ramen I'm a dog that gets the short end of the stick when the train stops, so I thought I'd take it easy and go to my base in Fujisawa Ramen and look for Sanma Men, if possible, in a nearby area. But after wandering around with my feet caught in the snow and being dumped into three different restaurants, I didn't care where I went. When I arrived at the third restaurant, Daishin, it was still before 7pm and just after closing. Just as I was devastated, I looked at the back of the building and saw another Chinese Cuisine restaurant. The waitress was very friendly and the menu was very creative, which made me excited to ask, "What kind of food is this? Gyoza / Dumpling chicken dish The menu also has a lot of creative menu items that make you excited! The cold weather made me excited! Gyoza / Dumpling The "Yodare Chicken" which seems to be the specialty of the restaurant also comes in a mini size, which is a nice touch for a single person. I managed to squeeze out what I wanted to try from the rest of the menu, and chose the "Mapo Oysters" ❣ hot and spicy milky plump Oyster covered with chan meat, yummy~, makes my highballs go down already 🙂 ◎San Ma Men 🙂 The only ingredient is bean sprouts. The ingredients are not only bean sprouts, but also chopped onions, carrots, kikurage mushrooms, and pork (or small pieces of pork chashu?). The amount of bean paste and thickness is moderate? The noodles are medium thin, loosely frizzled noodles with a cross section of about 1.5mm ☐ with a nostalgic wheat feel that is intertwined with the thick soup and ingredients! The texture of kikurage mushrooms & the heat contained within! This is it! (That means it's perfect as Sanma Men.) I didn't miss Patang and Cheeto on the menu, respect for Daiichitei?
