残念なお店でした
皆さんは食べに行ったお店の良かった、良くなかったという基準はどんな所で判断していますか？
自分はどちらかと言えば、「良かった」というお店は、料理が「美味しかった」という事よりも、接客を含めてその場の雰囲気が楽しかったというお店を「良かった」という評価にしています。
そういう意味で、こちらのお店はとても残念でした。
一人の女性のスタッフがとにかく威圧的な接客をされる方で、気持ち良く過ごせませんでした。
自分達だけなのか分かりませんが、一緒に行った者全員が同じ意見でした。
お店の雰囲気、料理、お酒はとても素晴らしいと感じましたが「早く出たい」という思いの方が強く、少ししてお店を出ました。
他のスタッフの方は、そんな感じを受けなかったので、その人だけの問題かと思いました。

This is my second visit. I had been dissatisfied with the customer service before, but this time the response was excellent. Of course the staff are different. All the dishes were small plates and were delicious and I was very satisfied. I was able to really feel the importance of customer service.
