まずは店員さんオススメの
湯河原のクラフトビールを注文
ショートグラスの見本があるのもわかりやすくて
こちらは12種類の
クラフトビールが置いてあります
価格帯もスタンダード、スペシャル、
レアと分けて表示されているのでわかりやすい
クラフトビール以外にも赤星の瓶ビールなどもちゃんと置いてあります
料理は「レバテキ」を注文
イメージと違い、自分で焼くスタイル
表面に火が入ったレバーを
焼け石で自分好みに焼いていきます
トロける系ではなく
レバテキと呼称するしている通り
プリプリ食感をゴマ油+塩で楽しめる一品です
続いてのクラフトビールは
金沢文庫のIPAを注文
濃厚な香りと後味がもつ焼きのタレに負けず、
組み合わせとして良きです
もつ焼きも美味しく
特にカシラが大きめにカットされていて
食べ応え十分な美味しさでした
写真は撮り忘れたけど、
レモンサワーもオススメです
キンキンのグラスの淵には
塩がついていてこれまた美味しい
クラフトビール以外の飲み物にも拘りがあり、
いわゆるネオ大衆酒場とは違いを感じられる良いお店でした
絞めにはサービスの
しじみスープを出してくれます
こういうの嬉しいですよね

今回は食べてないですが、
卓にあの赤いソースも常備されていて
青パパイアのサラダや海老トーストなど
タイ料理も豊富です

It's a shop. They have a wide selection of craft beer, and about 10 taps are always available. They also have a lot of rare craft beer cans from all over the country. ◼️◼️◼️ [Taste] Last time I enjoyed craft beer, I forgot to eat Asian food, so I went to Akahoshi. Start with a bottle of beer and green papaya salad. ``Green Papaya Salad'' is ¥480.It's a pretty generous portion.The crunchy green papaya is great as an appetizer or as a snack.It's a presence you'll want to have next to you at all times.Nuts. The texture and the flavor of the dried shrimp are elaborate, so it's fun to eat.I want cilantro, but adding cilantro can get expensive, so you can leave it without it.There's also a cilantro salad that was listed in today's recommendation.
