藤沢駅南口、国道467沿いにあるお店。
湘南肉問屋さんと同じビルの2階になります。
道路沿いにランチメニューが出ていて、エゾ鹿のハンバーグが気になったので伺いました。
●エゾ鹿のハンバーグ 1,000円
（前菜3種・自家製パン付き）
前菜はチーズの味噌漬け・イタリアのオムレツ・レバーのパテ。
どれも美味しくて、メインへの期待が高まる前菜でした。
そしてエゾ鹿のハンバーグはまったく臭みなどはなく、とっても柔らかくてふわふわ食感。
意外とあっさりしたお肉で、甲州赤ワインチーズソースとよく合います。
ハンバーグの下にはマッシュポテトがあり、ハンバーグやソースの旨味をまとったポテトも美味しかった。
まわりには彩りの綺麗な野菜が添えられていて、見た目も華やかで良いですね。
自家製パンもふっくらやらかく、味も良かったです。
デザートなども美味しそうだったので、また伺いたいです！
