This is a shop on the 1st floor of Saikaya Fujisawa store where you can make your own parfait to order. It's easy to understand how to order by referring to the attached photo, but first choose your main fruit. This time I chose bananas, so the price is 1,320 yen (the price is determined by the fruit you choose). Next is the middle ingredient, you can choose ice, cream, or fruit, and if you choose fruit, there will be an optional price. I was told that I could order more than one of the middle ingredients, so I ordered amaou ice cream and mascarpone cream. Next, I used granola as the base, and since you can choose multiple toppings, I added chocolate sauce and nuts. This is checked off with a marker on the order sheet and handed to the shop staff. By the way, I would have choked if I had just the parfait, so I also ordered the Rainforest Alliance certified coffee for 880 yen (^^ゞ When I actually tried the parfait, I found that the banana was already rich and voluminous, so it was more than filling. It was (^^; Amaou ice cream and mascarpone cream have a gentle taste, so I guess they coexist well with the fruit.This custom-made parfait was interesting.I think I'll try different things next time~ .
