This store is located on the first floor of Fujisawa Station Saikaya. This time I ordered a parfait at a shop where you can customize your favorite fruits. For the parfait, you can choose the main fruit, ice cream, cream, base, toppings (unlimited selection), and additional fruit (for a fee). White strawberries were available for a limited time, so the main fruit was red and white strawberries, the ice cream was Amaou ice cream, the cream was our special cream, the base was granola, the topping was pear, and I added pineapple. Although I was trying to choose it myself, I had a slightly different impression of it (lol).The high-quality fruit had surprisingly little impact, and the Amaou strawberries I ate at home the day before were much more delicious. I like the sour taste, but when ice cream or cream is added, it separates. Maybe it would have been better to add some kind of sauce as a topping. I realized that parfaits taste better when they come together as a whole rather than individually. When I think about it, I think parfaits at Coffee shops and Family restaurant are well made. It's fun to do it your own way, but it's difficult because it might end up being different from what you imagined.
