今回は千ベロのCPの良さが圧巻 : Okinawa Katei Ryori Akamine

On this day, we went walking in Shonan. This is the Okinawan Cuisine we came to. The location is in a corner of a shopping street in Tsujido, Fujisawa City. It is located just a 3-minute walk from the south exit of JR Tsujido Station. This shop is supervised by [a:47011077, Mitchan], a catering, Bento (boxed lunch), and hors d'oeuvre business founded in 1973 in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture. [a:47011077,Mitchan] is near Akamine Station on the Yui Rail, so I guess it's "Akamine". Or so I thought, but it turns out that the founder of [a:47011077,Micchan] is actually Mr. Akamine (*ﾟДﾟ*) I guess coincidences like that happen (T▽T)ノ_彡☆Bang bang! The shop's facade is made of Ryukyu red tiles, which are typical of Okinawa. There is also terrace seating in front of the store, where dogs are welcome. When you enter and say you're alone, you're invited to take a seat of your choice. Immediately to the right as you enter the restaurant there are two raised tables that seat four people. There are six counter seats in the center along the kitchen. On the left there are six tables that seat two people. Further back to the right there are four two-seater tables, which were being used for work on this day. I'll sit at the front of the two-seater table. The restaurant is run by a total of three people: one man in the kitchen and two women on the floor. I think you are all relatively young. The interior of the restaurant is new, but they deliberately used old tin to create the feel of an Okinawan Cafeterias. There is a live performance stage set up in the center of the store, where Okinawan folk song live performances are held regularly. The background music is of course Okinawa-inspired pop music. Orders are placed using a tablet, so I look at it for a while. So, on this day, I decided to get the following: ・Senbero 1000 yen 3 drinks and 1 dish The above includes three drinks of your choice from the Senbero menu on the tablet and one dish. ・Orion It is included in the Senbero. It costs 580 yen separately. The well-known Okinawa beer. Served in a special medium-sized mug. It's about 300ml. It's delicious. ・Vinegared mozuku seaweed Included in the 1,000 belos. This mozuku seaweed is topped with an original vinegar flavored with the sourness of shikuwasa. It's just plain delicious. ・Stir-fried carrots 580 yen Okinawan carrot stir fry. Carrots and eggs are stir-fried with salt and umami seasonings, and then sprinkled with white sesame seeds. The crunchy texture and savory flavor of the carrots make this dish very tasty. ・Fu Chanpuru ~ 680 yen It's stir-fried tofu. Wheel-shaped gluten is soaked in egg liquid and stir-fried with cabbage, bean sprouts, and carrots. This is also delicious, but the flavor is similar to the carrot paste. I think I failed in that respect. I guess it's not enough to just choose what you like (^^; This is not the store's fault, it's my mistake (*￣∇￣*)b ・Premium Malt It is included in the Senbero. It costs 580 yen separately. It was served in a special medium-sized mug, about 350ml. It has a strong fragrance and a large quantity, so I felt this was a better value than Orion. The longer the beer is transported, the worse the taste becomes. I guess it just can't taste the same as the Orion beer you drink in Okinawa. ・Ishigaki beef Croquette (1 piece) 380 yen We had been advised that frying the food would take some time, and that was indeed the case as it was served 50 minutes later. Slightly thin circular Croquette cut in half and garnished with green leaves and sauce. Ishigaki beef Croquette contain minced meat, which has a rich, sweet flavor. The sauce was more spicy, more like Worcestershire sauce than medium-thick sauce. However, it was disappointing that it wasn't hot and freshly fried, even though I had waited so long. ・Premium Malt It is included in the Senbero. It costs 580 yen separately. The same thing is used to finish off Senbero. This totaled 2640 yen. I paid by cash since it was either card or cash. This time, the quality of Senbero's CP was overwhelming (〃^▽^〃) We all went for beer, with three drinks costing 580 yen each, for a total of 1,740 yen. This also includes vinegared mozuku seaweed, which costs 110 yen each, for a total of 1,850 yen. If it's 1,000 yen, it will be 1,000 yen, so you'll save 850 yen (*￣∇￣*)b By the way, I'm not sure if Senbero is a part of the main menu. It may close once any opening celebrations are over. So maybe now is your chance? As for the food, it is Okinawan home cooking, so it is just as you would expect and is delicious. However, I would have liked to eat Croquette hot and freshly fried.
