暮れに、フリで入ってみた。宮廷楽長、さいきんフリできてない。チャレンジ精神が足らぬ。
さて実食。久しぶりだなこの感覚、ひとりメシ。
まず給仕がキビキビしていて、好感が持てる。
カルパッチョは鮃。美味い。
テリーヌは肉の味がしっかりしている。
トリッパは正直、この金額で普通は出さないだろって感じの値段設定。
そしてですね、美味いんですねこれが。
けっこうピリッとしていて、内臓の味も出てて大変によい。
なおパンがサービスで付いてくる。
パスタは、アンチョビ香りますね〜ちょっと薄いかなって思ったけどぜんぜん、美味しい。まったく問題ないかなと。

テーブルが薄い。どれも薄い。アイカのポストフォーム使ってるかもしれない。
内装はフルリフォーム。白基調で、悪くない。
ただし出入口そばにコート掛けがあると、その目の前の席の人はあまりよろしいとは思わないかな、とは思う。
厨房は大変に広く、清潔。
ステンレスが目に心地よい。

★★★ [Revisiting] I think it was a bit off.The Prosciutto and avocado were good, but Oyster were not so good.Also, when I first came here, I was wondering about the pasta.It wasn't crispy. It's a shame because the tripe was very good.The dessert wasn't anything spectacular either.It's still a new restaurant and I hope it reopens.
