絶賛コメントばかりだったのでチト期待し過ぎたか。
店はいい。何より天井が高いのが気に入った。
この日は暑かったのだか窓も引き戸も開け放していい風が入ってくる。
陽は徐々に夕方の色に変わったきて何ともいいカンジだ。
さっそくレバ刺を注文。鮮度味量みなまずまずだがあまりにコマギレ。
おそらく血抜きを手早くするためと思うが一片があまりに薄く小さい。
一辺が１〜２センチ・厚さ５ミリくらいの三角形がたくさんある。ちまちまつまんでいると少し悲しい。これで470円は決して高CPとは言えないと思う。
ハツ刺はそれなりに良い品だったが一緒に出てくるツケダレが好みに合わず。
普通に生姜かニンニク醤油、塩胡麻油で食べたかったな。
焼き物に移ってもやはりツケダレが好みに合わない。これは塩っぱすぎ。
下味がしっかりついてるからそのままで十分だった。
あまり強い味付けはホルモン自体の風味を殺してしまう。
臓物臭も味のうちなんだけどなあ、皆さん嫌いみたいですね。
シロレバカシラ美味かったです。
ビール大瓶が500円代・ホルモンすべて450円は一般的には安いけどホルモン屋としては普通。
２年前のブログに大瓶３９０円とあったのは本当だろうか。
何しろマチサガ地区には驚異の１００円ホルモン「はせ川」がある。
これで驚異のパフォーマンス！って皆さんどんだけ高級な店行ってるんですか。うらやましい。
ここは豚オンリーなんで単純に比較はできないけれど
車橋のあの店や南林間のあの店のように交通費使って通いつめるレベルではなかった。
居心地は良かったので残念。
