以前住んでいた善行にある小生が1番好きな鰻屋さんです。写真は昨年7月のものですが、時折無性に鰻が食べたくなると予約して伺っています。毎回写真を撮り忘れるww。
小田原や鎌倉の名店にも伺いましたが、小生の中ではNo.1です。
注文が入ってから鰻をさばく店主さまの鮮やかな包丁さばきは必見です。
眼の前でさばかれた鰻は、その場で串打ちされて蒸し器の中へ。その後の焼きも眼の前で見ることができるので、空腹感は倍増。
待っている間は骨せんべいでビールを流し込みながら鰻重が出来上がるまでのLIVEを楽しみます。
焼き上がった白焼をまずはひと口食べて日本酒をぐびぐび♪
少し甘めのタレで供される鰻重を一心不乱かきこめば、それは至福の瞬間です。(*☻-☻*)
