小田急江ノ島線善行駅の西口側から右に坂を下っていくと、信号の手前左手のビルの１階の
右端にお店があります。うなぎの人気店と言うことで開店前から待っている人が見られます。
また開店直後はすぐに満席になってしまうので、最初に入れなかった場合は４０～５０分待ち
で時間をズラして来ることになります。
入口の右手に厨房を挟んでカウンタ席があり左手にテーブル席という配置になっています。
注文を取るのとほぼ同時進行で、うなぎのさばきを始めており下ごしらえまでのスピードは
かなりの速さです。たたここからの焼きと蒸しに時間がかかるので、概ね４０分から１時間程
度の待ち時間となります。開店直後はオーダーが詰まっているので時間がかかり、一息つけた
ところでは割と早めに提供がされます。
今回はちょっと傲って『特上鰻重』を注文してみました。鰻二段重ねの重で、贅沢ですね。
蒸し時間が長いためうなぎの身がふんわりしており、口の中でとろけます。ただ脂も良くのっ
ているので二段はちょっとしつこい感じになってしまいますね。普通のうなぎ１段が一番美味
しいのではないでしょうか。タレも甘味が少なく自然な感じの甘さなので美味しくいただけます。
