藤沢市地方卸売市場の中のお店なので、土曜の市場開放日のお昼にいってきました。
一般的な市場内のお店という感じはせず、まだ新しく内装も小奇麗で、板さんもさわやかです。
この日の注文は、以下のとおり。
・穴子ちらし(680円)：とろけるほど柔らかな穴子一匹がのってお勧め！
・しじみ汁(400円)：一口でしじみのエキスを感じるプロの味
樽寿司の本店が最近お客さんが多く、対応と料理がイマイチなだけに、市場店は味・価格・雰囲気の全ての面で大満足でした。
なお、穴子ちらしはお持ち帰りもできます。ちなみに前回は持ち帰って家で食べました。
ここの穴子寿司を食べるために、市場に来たくなってしまうほどお勧めです。
次回は、トロ鉄火丼(1650円)か海鮮チラシ(890円)にチャレンジしてみようと思いつつ、いつも結局穴子チラシにしちゃうんだよなぁ･･･。
