今回紹介してくれたお店は
『樽寿司 市場店』さん
一口メモは「市場探索も兼ねて。駄菓子がいい」
場所は湘南市場。
店内に入ると高そうな雰囲気で一瞬足が止まる。
入る前に金額とメニューを確認したので大丈夫。
【豪海丼 1,500円】
豪華海鮮丼、略して豪海丼。
こちら数量限定。
地魚、三崎のマグロ、イクラ、エビ、カニ、穴子など。
写真では見えないと思うが金色の器、
しかも大きな器に盛られてやって来た
豪海丼は1,500円でいいんですか？
と言いたくなるぐらい豪華。
ご飯の量も聞いてくれるので、調整可能。
あおさのお味噌汁も付いてくる。
どれも新鮮で美味しいのだが、
特に目立つのをいくつか紹介したい。
まず穴子が大きくて柔らかく、甘い。
豪華に見えるのはなんと言っても、エビとカニの存在感。
カニは一口サイズながらもカニの風味が口の中で広がり新鮮で美味しい。
そしてエビ。
こんなに肉厚で大きなエビを食べた事はない。
プリプリを通り越してブリブリ。
連れと話していたが、今まで海鮮丼を食べた中で
1番豪華で、1番美味しい。
このお店は、また来ようと決めた。
