Whether it's thick or thin, or fried, it's still udon. I respect the courage, sense, and deliciousness of the name Sara Udon. I saw Ringer Hut on TV and I had been wanting to go to Ringer Hut, so I went there for lunch. Ringer Hut usually chooses Champon, which is often associated with Tenichi's rich flavor, but I chose sara udon today, following the courage of the founder of sara udon. After all, you can make sara udon noodles at the supermarket for 100 yen on sale. It takes courage. It's very delicious. The ingredients are the same as Champon. The only difference is that it's covered in a thick sauce, right? The vinegar goes well with it. The refreshing spiciness of the mustard makes the thick sauce not boring to eat. I personally don't like the sauce for sara udon very much. The contrast between the crispy and soft texture is exquisite, and it's delicious after all. There was a 24-hour Ringer Hut frozen meal vending machine in front of the store. I'm curious about freezing sara udon noodles... Thanks for the meal!
