雑居ビルの１F
土曜日13時ころの訪問で先客が一組。静まり返った店内の出入口付近の座り心地のよろしくないテーブル席に着き、写真入りのメニュー表より悩みの末 週替わりB(タンタン麺+半チャーハン)880円に決め、店の印象とは相違する人相の、若い兄さんへオーダー。
厨房からの調理音が聞こえぬまま、完成までは5分程度。

給食で使うような洒落っ気のない盆に乗っての配膳。
特有の色にありがちな香りのタンタンスープ。
濃厚でも芳醇でもなく、辛さもさほど感じない面白みのないお味。
業務スーパーで購入できるような、高級感の欠片もない麺も残念。
・半チャーハン
「冷たくはない」レベルの温度のチャーハン。
セットのチャーハンであろうとも、中華料理店を謳うのならば都度炒めは無理にしても、せめて湯気が立つくらいの演出はお願いしたい。
気持ちほどのデザートが付きます。
この内容で税込み880円。外装や看板、演出からは本格的な中華が食べられそうな印象が感じられたこちら。
