シャトレーゼデビューしてから2か月も経ってないけど、すでに5回くらい行ってます。
初めて行ったときに会員カード作ったし、シャトレーゼのお菓子は種類も多いから、しばらく通ってしまいそう。
いつもはミスターマックス店なんですが、たまたま通りがかったところにシャトレーゼがあり、冷凍庫のチョコバッキーが無くなってたのを思い出したので立ち寄りました。

人気No.1と書いてあったダブルシュークリーム。
やわらかいシュー生地に、生クリームとカスタードクリームが入ってます。
生クリームはミルク感、カスタードは卵感がそれぞれちゃんとある。
でも私にはちょっと重たく感じました。
かりんとう饅頭は、黒糖好きには嬉しい。
黒糖の風味が強くて、香りもいいです。
でも後味がちょっと油っぽいのが気になりました。
ティラミスロールは、コーヒーとココアの香りがするスポンジに、マスカルポーネを使ったクリームがたっぷり。
クリームの中にはコーヒーゼリーが入ってるのも面白い。
クリームたっぷりのこのタイプのロールケーキってあんまり好きじゃないけど、これは甘さ控えめで大人のスイーツな感じで美味しかったです。
