Yakiniku Sakai is located on the roadside of the busy Fujisawa Atsugi Line, past Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in Fujisawa. To explain where it is, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Sakai Shonan restaurant Town is located past Rokujizo, at Ishikawa Shimonone intersection. Unfortunately, it is difficult to park your car in the parking lot because it is at an intersection. The nearest train stations, Zengyo Station, Rokukai Nihon University Mae Station, and Shonandai Station on the Odakyu Electric Railway Enoshima Line, are about a 30-minute walk away, so it's nonsense to call them the nearest stations. I was surprised by the name Yakiniku Sakai Shonan Life Town, even though it is quite far from Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Life Town. Perhaps it is a wish to encourage everyone in Shonan Life Town to come and visit us! (Laughs) But if that's the case, I think they'd be grateful if they'd built restaurant in the middle of Shonan Life Town, which has become an isolated island due to the aging population, instead of using a confusing name. (Laughs) This time, I ordered the "Kalbi Lunch, 1,000 yen (tax included)." This is our most popular menu item, with about 120g of meat. It comes with rice, soup, lunch salad, and pickles. When Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Sakai first debuted, it was featured on TV and created a big stir. I was a little hesitant to go and check out the Enoshima restaurant. But then, other companies caught up with them, and now it's a shadow of what it used to be. The quality of the kalbi left something to be desired.
