We have been selected as a Suntory certified keg beer store for a long time since the start of the system. We have been selected as one of the top 1% of stores that serve draft beer since Suntory started the system. We are also one of only 10 restaurant stores in the prefecture that are allowed to serve foam art draft beer. We are proud to say. We value local meat and vegetables. We are especially proud to serve Miyaji Pork, which is raised in Uchibari, Fujisawa City (in the northern part of Fujisawa, behind Keio University). Since we are the closest store to the producer, we want to serve as many people as possible, so we set the price wrongly. We are probably the best place in Japan where you can eat Miyaji pork at a reasonable price. この日は鎌倉・湘南ウォーキング。
やって来たのがこちらのダイニングバー。
場所は、小田急江ノ島線湘南台駅A出口から徒歩1分少々の雑居ビルの2F。
特にこちらを目指していたわけでは無いのですが、
どこかで晩酌の肴を調達しないといけませんので、
念のためこちらもチェックしてみることにしました。
こちらのお店は、野菜などの生産者の方との繋がりを大事にした
ダイニングバーで、2008年9月26日にオープンしたものです。
なのでわりと歴史を刻んできたお店なんですよね。
なんとなくその言葉の響きから野菜を主力にしてそうでしたが、
本当にそういうお店だった模様です。
取り合えず階段の途中にあったテイクアウトメニューを眺め、
目星を付けてから店内に入ります。
店内には男性の方がお一人。おそらくご主人と思われます。
下を向いて黙々と何かの作業をされています。
すみませーん！と呼ぶとやっと気付いてもらいましたので、
テイクアウトの旨を告げます。
するとテイクアウトメニューを出されましたが、
階段掲示のものとは若干内容が異なっていました。
お伺いすると書いて無いのも出来ますよ（＾＾）とのことでしたので、
・山芋とチーズのペッパーソテー 680円
・湘南台一美味しいポテトサラダ 380円
合計：1060円
をオーダーすることにしました。お支払いは現金で。
出来上がるまではそちらに座ってお待ちくださいとの案内。
店内は、入ってすぐ右手に小上りの座卓スペース。
お子さん連れでも安心のスペースになっていますね。
湘南台自体が新しい街ですので、お子さん連れは無視できません。
左手には厨房に沿ってカウンターがあり、その後ろにテーブルがずらっと並びます。
わりとキャパはあるのではと思いますね。
店内の営業はしていませんのでBGMは無くてシーンとしています。
調理の音のみが聴こえる程度。
結構時間が掛かりますので、トイレに行ったり、
往年のファミコンのカセットゲームがずらっと並んでいましたので、
それを懐かしい想いで眺めたりと。
特に、ドラゴンクエストⅡとドラゴンクエストⅢが並んでいたのは圧巻。
ご主人いわく、全部ちゃんと今でも動くんですよと（＾＾）
ちなみにご主人は私よりも全然お若いので、
ドラゴンクエストⅡ・Ⅲあたりはリアルタイムでは遊んでいない世代です。
ニコニコしていて気持ちのいいご主人ですね。
20分ほどでやっとこさ出来ました。
ご主人からはポテトサラダの詳細な説明を受けました。
なにせ「湘南台一美味しい」ですからね（＾＾）
早速、晩酌時に実食です。
・山芋とチーズのペッパーソテー
本当はメニューは蓮根だったのですが、切れていて山芋になりました。
逆に蓮根は昨夜食べたばかりでしたので、山芋の方がラッキー（＾＾）/
山芋を5㎜くらいにスライスしたものをソテーし、
チーズとブラックペッパーで味付けを施したもの。
飾りに糸唐辛子とレタスを添えて。
山芋のシャクシャクとした食感と、その後の粘り。
そこにチーズの塩気と旨み。ペッパーのシャープな辛味。
チーズはおそらくクリームチーズ系を使っているのではと。
そのような白い色味と食感と風味でしたので。
それほど手の込んだ料理じゃ無いかも知れませんが、
美味しい素材があれば変に手を加えない方がいいもんね（＾＾）
イメージ通りに美味しかったです。
・湘南台一美味しいポテトサラダ
しっとりとしたポテトサラダに、紫キャベツとレタスを添えて。
ベースはマッシュタイプのポテトサラダなのですが、
ポイントは2種類のタマネギ。
一つはじっくりとあめ色になるまで炒めたもの。
もう一つは、食感を残した程度に炒めたもの。
そしてわりと大きめのみじん切りのハム。
それらを加えることで奥行きのある味わいを実現しているんです。
特にタマネギの甘みが印象的でしょう。
これはお義母さんも感動していましたね。
なので作り方を教えましたよ。
再現して欲しいので（T▽T）ノ＿彡☆ばんばん！
この内容で1060円でしたので、満足でしたね（＾＾）
特にポテトサラダはコスパいいと思いますよ。380円だし。
そういえば今回は野菜メインの惣菜をたまたま選びましたが、
こちらのお店の本領発揮といったところだったんですねえ。
以前からその個性のある店名が気になっていたのですが、
「やっさいもっさい」とは、千葉県は木更津市を代表する踊りのこと。
木更津甚句の囃子言葉の一種で「そこのけそこのけ」という意味があり、
言葉の起こりは矢那川の上流の「矢崎・森崎」が訛ったという説が有力です。
一方で、その木更津のお祭りが野菜の収穫祭に起源があるという事もわかっており、
「やさいがいっぱい」という願掛けも込められているとも言われています。
野菜がいっぱい食べられる、それでいてどこか聞いた事のある身近な場所。
そんな思いを込めた店名なんですね（＾＾）
これからも生産者の方との繋がりを大事に。
