湘南台で昼食。駅から歩いて５分ほどでしょうか、昼食利用で町の中華屋さん「三番」に初訪問です。
以前からお店の前を通ることは何回かあったのですが、入店するチャンスはありませんでした。
店内に入るとカウンター席が３，４席ほど。それに４人掛けのテーブルが３つ。狭めの店内ですが、こちらのお店で時折ジャズかロックでしょうか、「ライブ」が有るようで案内の表示が壁に掛けられています。店内をよく見ると奥の方には、アンプやマイクスタンドなどの機材が何気なく積まれています。
ちょっと不思議な気分になりながらも、メニューを眺めてタンメン（７００円）をお願いしました。
こちらのお店、カウンターの奥に厨房が有り、女性が一人で調理と接客を担当していました。
さてしばらくして届いたタンメンは、野菜がたっぷりめ。脂もやや多め。思ったより濃いめの旨味を感じました。調理油や旨味調味料がしっかり効いているようです。
麺は中華麺ではなく「タンメン用」の幅広の麺で、伸びにくく食感も良いです。
「三番」さんのタンメン、町の中華屋さんが提供するタンメンとして十分に美味しいお味でした。普通のラーメンのお味もちょっと気になりました。
