ウェイティングなのに席に食器が残ったままです。
オペレーションに難があるように思います。
経営のスタンスには肯定出来ない一面があります。
つまりスタッフの数を惜しんでいるということです。
・塩鯖
いくらなんでもこの脂は不自然です。鯖は皮がおいしいので身と共に食べたいところでしたが、皮はひとつの塊の如く身から離れます。これは大きな不満です。
味噌汁が口に合いません。まるでコンクを薄めただけのような体。ほうれん草よごしは甘さ控えめで口に合いました。こちら様に限らず大戸屋全般にて、このような状況が生じているかと思います。
