今日はお連れ様達を伴って小田急江ノ島線の湘南台へ。マイレビュアーのKEN21さんの情報によると、湘南台駅西口にある「湘南台第一ホテル」に旨い食事を出すお店があるといいます。ホテルのエントランスではなく、裏口に回ってみると「さんと、す～」という看板が置かれていた。さんと、すーという変わった店名ですが、ブラジルのサントスから取ったのでしょうか？日替りメニューのボードが置かれていました。食事の内容は和食です。
入店すると、平日にも関わらず結構お客さんが入店していました。この日は3名で伺って、空いていた適当な席に着きました。スタッフは女性2名で忙しそうです。席に着くと熱いお茶とお冷が出されました。こちらのお昼は店頭のボードにあった日替りメニューだけの提供です。メニューは4種類。私は「しらす丼ととり竜田揚げ定食」950円を注文。お連れ様達は「はんぺん肉詰めフライ」と「アジフライとエビフライ定食」を注文。こちらはホテルの朝食会場として使われているのでしょうか。湘南台は、大手のいすゞの工場や、工業団地があるので、ホテルの需要があると思いますね。
しばらく待って料理が出されました。私の注文した「しらす丼と竜田揚げ定食」は、しらす丼、竜田揚げ、冷奴、ひじき煮、ブロッコリーのサラダ、香の物、味噌汁の全7品。中々豪華な物です。メインのしらす丼には、釜揚げしらすと小葱がタップリ盛られています。刻み海苔も入っていておろし生姜が乗っていました。感染症対策でしょうか、醤油はで袋の物が付いていて席には調味料などは置いていません。袋の少量の醤油をかけて頂きます。しらすとおろし生姜をまぶして美味しく頂きました。おかずといって良いのでしょうか、大きな鳥の竜田揚げが付いています。これはカリッと揚がっていて中々ジューシーです。下味も確りしています。副菜のひとつは甘めに味付けされたひじき煮。サラダの替わりはブロッコリーの胡麻和え。もうひとつの副菜は冷奴で、上には漬物が乗っていました。香の物はご飯のお供に良いですね。味噌汁にはワカメとネギが入っていました。7品も付いていてこの価格はかなりのコスパだと思います。
