湘南台で、目指しているレストランが見つからんなぁと彷徨している時、こちらを発見したので、入ってみることにしました。後で調べたら、地図の方角把握するの間違ってたし（爆） そりゃ見つからんわな(^^ゞ 久しぶりに方向音痴ぶり発揮したなぁ(^-^;
それはともかく、こちらのスピーゴラさん、店内はカウンター席もあって、ちょっと暗めの照明のシックな空間。ダイニングバーっぽい雰囲気。シェフの他にはサービス担当の女性が１名。どちらの方もとても感じは良かったですね。
注文したのは、パスタのセットからベーコンとほうれん草のクリームソース９８０円。前菜、サラダ、ドリンク付き。対するアルコールは、ハウスワインの白５００円を２杯。
前菜
鴨のスモーク、ズッキーニにバルサミコを纏わせたグリエ、ガーリックトースト。サラダとは別に、こうしたザ・ワインのアテな前菜が供されるところは嬉しいですね。この点を見ても、コストパフォーマンスの良さを感じます。
サラダ
レタスと大根のサラダに和風のおろしドレッシング。ドレッシングはほど良い酸と醤油の和テイストが効いていて、野菜はフレッシュ。
ベーコンとほうれん草のクリームソース
パスタの茹で加減は軽くコシのある感じ。ベーコンは割とたっぷり使われており、旨さ濃厚。ほうれん草も緑のテイストが深い。クリームソースは、それ自体とても穏やかなのですが、添えられた粉チーズ（パルミジャーノ）を振って味変すると、とてもふくよかさを伴った、イタリアンでは王道のコクのあるソースに変身します。
