坦々麺美味しいね
坦々麺 ３辛
前回は昼の行列に並んでいたところ、緊急の連絡があり離脱したので今回が初訪問。
お勧めのようなので坦々麺を注文、辛さは３辛でお願いしました。
カウンター席に案内されてしばらく待っていると坦々麺が運ばれてきました。
ステンレスの穴あきレンゲと同サイズのレンゲ。挽肉は残さずいただけるようになっております。
やや味が濃いなと思いながらも絶妙な辛さと奥にある山椒でずいずいと食べ、当然のように替玉を追加。
書かれているように細麺なのであっという間に小皿に盛られて給仕されます。
替玉の細麺は賛否両論ありそうですが(ないか･･･)、美味しく頂きました。それほど辛くはなかったなと思いきや、身体は正直なものです。やや身体の一部がヒリヒリしております。

数年ぶりに麺の月の坦々麺を食べにきました。
半地下のようなステップを数段降りて暫く短い行列を待ちました。
勧められた通りに辛くして貰いちょいと待ちますと我が坦々麺が厳かに参りました。
辛い美味い辛い美味いとズンズンと食べ進み、ここが大事なのだけど替え玉をお願いします。
あれににてますね、ウォシュレットを使っている間にトイレットペーパーを用意する感じですね。
